Love this product! However, the bag had a tiny hole and spilled out some.
I ordered this for tabbouleh salad. Absolutely delicious!!!! Definitely a fine ingredient!
Excellant quality!
Makes excellent Tabouli
..
I checked the size upon purchasing and it is super small, it is only 16 oz and expensive. Not worth it.
Good for making middle eastern dishes. Love it.

One can always rely on Ziad Brand to deliver superior and authentic ingredients
I used this bulgar to make Tabouli. Just put in a bowl cover the grain with boiling water & let it sit. It was perfect for my recipe & tasted great.
Love it for tabouli and kibbi and favorite recipes.I used to buy it from Middle East grocery but this makes it very convenient. Ive used this brand for years and its my favorite brand for Lebanese food. My mother in law is Lebanese too and its her favorite brand. This is the #1 size so its the smaller size which is what I like to use.
I really like this for making tabbouleh or in my meatloaf. Unfortunately this last purchase arrived in the box. As in the bag was ripped and the wheat was all over the other items in the Amazon box. Total waste and no way to get a refund.
I wanted authentic bulgur for tabouli salad instead of couscous. The directions show washing the bulgur a couple of times, but that is unnecessary as I just poured boiling water over it. Next time i would boil 3 cups of water and pour until it just covers it, as the first time I hadn't enough water. Soak it until soft, squeeze out the excess water and add. I used 3/4 cup raw bulgur for my 3 bunches of parsley, 3 roma's and i cuke. I don't like green onions so I left them out. Than I doused it with olive oil and about 1/2 cup of lemon juice.Mine just doesn't seem like the stuff at the deli, but it's close.
This is a fine grain bulgur. Tastes great. The only problem I had (and this is not necessarily a problem with the brand, but rather the granularity) was it was difficult to rinse. I have a very fine strainer and the bulgur just slipped right through. I ended up straining what I could then pouring the wheat that slipped through again and again until I felt that it was somewhat clean.
