Refund Policy

Super Savings Now, operated by Smartbagz LLC, is committed to a fair and transparent return process so you can shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • In like-new, resalable condition
  • Returned with all original accessories, manuals, and inserts
Orders of $100 or greater are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Note: Items showing signs of use or damage may be deemed ineligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care items and gift cards
  • Opened grocery or perishable items
  • Clearance, “Final Sale” items, or digital products

How to Start a Return

Return authorization is required. Please contact our support team here to request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without approval may be refused or returned to sender.

Shipping & Damages

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping for these cases.
  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 7–14 business days):

  • Refunds: Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: May be issued in some cases or upon request.
  • Inspection: We reserve the right to deny returns showing signs of use, tampering, or damage.
