I prefer Kishibori soy sauce when I can afford it but, now that I live on Social Security, this will do fine. I'm no soy snob!

This soy sauce will ruin you for all other soy sauces. Seriously--I miss it when I use restaurant soy sauce. It's richer and more flavorful, maybe even a tad darker and thicker. Really good stuff.
Been using another well rated brand and saw a comparison on YouTube. I decided to try it. The flavor is much richer but tasted a little saltier. After checking the labels, it was, but not by much. I can probably use less and get better flavor in my cooks. I use soy sauce quite a lot in my cooking.
