I prefer Twinnings Earl Grey but have trouble finding it locally and at reasonable prices. This solved both problems for me.The taste is what I expected even though it is decaf. Service from the company was impeccable.
This Earl Grey tea is very tasty for being a decaffeinated product. I use 10 ounces of water per K-cup and find thats the perfect tea-to-water ratio for me. I definitely will buy this tea again.
Wrote a review on another listing for this tea. My husband loves it & finding one decaffeinated makes it perfect! I bought this to have at our office so we can drink it no matter how late we work. It's worth every penny!
The taste is great, decaf is good for my blood pressure, and no worries about artificial sweeteners or sugar.Not only does it make a great cup of hot tea, but it makes a great iced tea is well.
Making iced tea and decaf is hard to find. I have a health issue that cannot take caffeine so I am grateful that there is a decaf for the Keurig.
Love this, if just for the heavenly smell! We are new to the world of k-cups and I am a tea drinker, only decaf; my husband loves Earl Grey so this was a no-brainer. I can only make the largest cup with this, though, because I've found it too strong / bitter if I make it with the medium or small cup. I like my tea medium-strength, not weak, not super-strong. Before we run out I'll order more.
I like Earl Grey, mostly as a morning tea, though I am a coffee person. Seeing a decaf variety, I was leery, but the reviews are great. The reviews are correct. I like occasional milk in my tea, and this is the most robust decaf I ever drank, well able to stand up to a bit of milk. W/O milk... just as good. It tastes about as good as I am capable of making, as I don't have tea daily, and tea gets old just like coffee.
This is one of my favorite Tea K-Cups. The quality is EXCELLENT! Most decaf teas sort of get lost in the translation, but TWININGS have manage to get this one right. A great BREW at 6 or 8 oz. cup (do not go to 10-12 oz.)...you'll lose to much of the FLAVOR!I will purchase this again, but I'll have to get it directly from Keurig...since I "joined" their auto ship program. I'll be saving 20% on each 28-Ct. box ($12.00) PLUS they offer FREE SHIPPING!But, when I'm no longer in the Keurig Club...it's wonderful to know that AMAZON.COM offers a "fair" Price!!!
This tea is absolutely delicious. I think it tastes better than any Earl Grey I've tried in a tea bag. Some teas in a kcup have sort of a burnt aftertaste to them but this one is rich and delicious. I've even used the cup twice and the second cup, while a bit weaker, is still delicious. I'm going to have to go on subscribe and save on this one since I've now bought two boxes of this in a past month. Best tea out there, hands downs, and I'm a really picky tea drinker.
When it comes to Earl Grey tea, taste is certainly in the tongue of the beholder! Twinings Earl Grey suits me just fine, with a subtle touch of bergamot, and a nice finish. It's my preferred breakfast drink. Those who may want a stronger bergamot taste might be left wanting. When buying this tea in K-Cups, I would recommend shopping around. Prices have a way of changing, and there are times when buying directly from the Keurig web site is a better deal!
Honestly, I got hooked on this tea when I was younger because it is Captain Picard's favorite tea. Now that I no longer have a crush on him, I still appreciate that he and I enjoy the same tea as our favorite. Yes, I am a Trekkie and a nerd. Still love the elegance of the tea. Live long and prosper and drink Earl Grey tea as much as possible.
