The product itself is great! My mom used Tide when I was growing up, so it was an easy choice when I switched back to liquid detergent after a couple of years of being dissatisfied with sheets. This was my first time ordering the gallon bottle, and unfortunately, it leaked badly. The other stuff in the package was salvageable, but I lost quite a bit of detergent in transit. Amazon wants me to drive the leaky bottle out to a Whole Foods or Kohls to return it, but that kind of undoes the convenience having it shipped to my door. I guess a bit of wasted detergent costs less than gas these days... Now, I see there are lots of other reviews about leaky bottles, so I guess it's likely to occur again, and I should find another source for this product.

It's no doubt that Tide is a trusted brand, however. The reviews are for all sizes. Pay attention to the ounces. 10 Oz is very smallPicture looks bigger so slightly misleading.

Good buy but the ounce is incorrect. I'm owed 28 oz. Detergent is not watery, its thick but dissolve fast in the washer.
