I was introduced to this tea by it being stocked in my office’s kitchen. It rocks. It tastes unlike any tea I’ve ever had before. I’m not even a black licorice fan, but I like this. Perhaps closer to anise in flavor. Very delicious and different, I can’t stop recommending it to people.

As stated, this tea is one that you savor. So very warm and relaxing. Delivered on time and with great care.

This is one of my favorites. I like that it’s naturally decaffeinated. It’s not available in stores around me so I have to order it online. I love licorice and this is the next best thing and calorie free.

What can I say, this tea is a real treat. I drink it just about every night at bedtime. The flavor is wonderful, caffeine free and so relaxing to sip at the end of the day. I'll be buying this as long as it's available.

I'm a sucker for licorice flavor and had high hopes for this tea. It is kind of licorice tasting but the herbaceous notes are a little too forward.

I love licorice and this is a wonderful tea. In good conscience, I should add an informed consumer should consult either their cardiologist or google before drinking licorice tea daily. Even very good and natural things can hurt you if you're not paying attention.

I tried some of this tea, same brand, at my sisters house and really tasted the licorice spice flavor.The flavor was not very prevalent in this box, not sure why. The tea bags came in a plain cardboard box, not in a "display" type box. Won't buy again.

I love black licorice, it's unique taste. But other than consuming a lot of sugar calories, there's been little alternative to get the taste - until now. Although subtle, this tea really tastes like black licorice. It' not an overwhelming taste. You have to wait a few moments before you can say, "There it is." I brew a large cup with two tea bags and it's wonderful. I will be ordering this again.

The tea itself is wonderful but the package from Amazon came crushed. Luckily, the tea is individually wrapped so it wasn't damaged.

Seller shipped it in an unpadded bag, so the box was destroyed, but for me that doesn't change the taste of the tea, which I can't find in town.Tea is in date.Tastes amazing!

I hate the smell of licorice...however this tea was recommended to aid in mucus in the body. Taste is fine.

Good flavor. Alone it reminds me so much of smoothmove tea, that's why down a star. I mix it with some medicinal teas that taste nasty on their own and its awesome at covering up the "dirt tea" flavor of those certain herbs.

I love the flavor of this tea, and the sweetness without need for added sugar. I don't drink it as often as I'd like because I've read that licorice root can raise blood pressure, and mine tends to run a bit high, but I still have some every now and then. I should do an experiment and see if it really does make a difference in my blood pressure. If I do, I will update my review.

I passed over this tea for years because I don't like herbal tea and am not a fan of black licorice. This tea is a game changer! It doesn't taste like Twizzlers. It's something else - it's sweet, smooth, deeply comforting and magical. You won't believe it isn't sweetened. I never knew licorice root had such a powerful sweet taste. Seriously, everyone I give this to is blown away by the flavor and become instant addicts like myself.

I got this on sale...when compared to what most tea costs. I love licorice and this tea has a strong licorice flavor. It's very soothing on the tongue and throat. In fact, it's my favorite tea in the world and I usually don't like tea at all. I highly recommend.
