Very good. Have ordered these several times. Ever since being introduced to this I don’t ever make poppy butter from scratch. I use this for poppy buns like cinnamon buns for poppy seed rolls and for poppyseed perogies. Wish you could find this in Canada

I love using this product for making poppy seed loaf, I ordered the 12 can option, the first order got lost in transit but received this order and 10 out of 12 cans were dented, some worse than others. Not quite sure it happened in shipping from where the dents are. Come on Solo, love the product but you can do better for what you're charging, just sayin.

This is a good product, have been using it for years. I deducted a star due to the state the cans were in. Cans came in the original box, they were not packeged in a Amazon box. The cardboard box was fine, no damage but inside every can was bent out of shape. Product was definitely repackaged by seller before being sold

Solo, by far, makes the best ready made poppyseed out there. I also admit that I am at a point where I would just prefer to buy Solo than make my own. Poppyseed in all sorts of baked good is a staple in our house and Solo is always dependable. Some complain it is too sweet, but that’s what Polish pastries and goodies are. In my opinion, it has the perfect amount of sweetness. If you find it too sweet you could probably cut the sugar in your bread recipe to account for it. Every once in awhile I get a can that is really tight and I simply loosen the poppyseed with a little splash of milk or honey to make it easier to use/spread out. I had several cans in a case damaged due to my box being damaged during delivery, but that is a delivery issue, not a poppyseed issue. You can’t go wrong with Solo, regardless of which flavor you try, and there are so many good ones, you will no doubt have success whether you are a first timer, or an old timer like myself.
