Think twice about purchasing this product. Bottles sealed but still some were leaking around the cap when received. Vinegar was good but did not have a strong flavor.
Sarson's Malt Vinegar in a glass bottle was purchased to keep flavor longer. I bought some in a plastic bottle as well. Just checking my theory. Bought Sarsons to use on battered fish. I was not disappointed, took me back to the flavor of Fish & Chips in London, England.
I like the flavor. I use it with breaded fish.Needs better packaging to prevent breakage.
Shipped SO securely with its own box, bubbled wrapped tight and they're glass. No issues at all with breaking or leaking. I was really happy to have glass instead of plastic. Classic Sarson's taste. Great buy!
What more can I say? This vinegar was a disappointment. I'll try it one more time but probably it's going to be given away. I bought this for slightly more than the grocery store sells the cheap malt vinegar. It doesn't taste much (if any) better. My next step is to try some more expensive dark malt vinegar as the aficionados online recommend. Bad choice being a cheapskate. It's not like I spend a lot per serving for vinegar on my fish and chips. The right taste is the right taste!
This is the best vinegar on earth. But the bottles leaked and I couldn’t contact the company to tell them. It just says returns not allowed with no way to contact them about the leaking
The star rating was because one of the jars leaked all over the container. They were shipped together and one was sitting upright and the other was shipped top down - yep, you know it, the one upside down leaked all over the place.
I like the flavour that is stronger and acidic, even makes your eyes water if you to close after putting it on hot chips.
I didn’t know what I was missing! This is the best fish n chip malt vinegar I have ever tried! Smooth not tart, very flavorful. Cost a bit more but how often do you buy this kind of thing? Last a long time. Thanks Sarsons, you are making it right.
I can hardly tell this from regular apple cider vinegar, it is just weaker.
Gamer buddy recommended this brand in particular so I ordered it, but I likeit on everything !! Fish to veggies inc salads. Can't understand why its notmore available in USA, esp with all the vinegars available ....Try this one for pleasant surprise !!

Well packaged. Like the glass bottle over plastic. A little leakage via factory lid to glass during international travel. Bottles on side for shipping. Not a problem for me as for personal use.
Fast delivery on this product which was great. Being british in the US I was missing vinegar on my chips and now I have no worries!
