Fresh mustard when you need it. This is a great product. It stays fresh on the shelf, and provide fresh tasty mustard with a nice “bite” when you mix it up— be sure to let it stand for the flavor to fully bloom.

I love this hot dried mustard! My husband is sometimes surprised when he doesn't expect it in a food. He likes spicier foods, but has to be careful with how much he eats.

My favorite Chinese restaurant always had this amazing spicy mustard that I loved. I've been trying to find it and this is the stuff! It's amazing!

Love this mustard. Has a nice heat to it. It is easy to prepare and enjoy fresh hot mustard every time.

When you whip this stuff up with water, you get a really hot mustard that soars right up into your sinuses. It certainly reminded me of growing up in NY and eating in Cantonese restaurants. Loved the mustard.I've tried using it w/o mixing with water. Just sprinkling some in glazes, or breadings for use in the air fryer. Interestingly enough, I didn't really taste it.Another observation is that you should mix up as much as you think you'll need. I mixed up too much, and tried covering a small bowl with the remaining mustard with plastic film and storing it in the refrigerator. Days later, it had lost a lot of its flavor and spiciness.So, EXCELLENT mustard if you like that really spicy Chinese mustard flavor. But disappointing to use as a dry powder in other coatings. And doesn't stay fresh and crazy hot for long.Just mix as much as you need at a time.

Finally found Chinese hot mustard that restaurants serve, not the stuff found in packets at take out restaurants. It’s what I was accustomed to having in the Chinese restaurants in New England… a delicious compliment to egg rolls and roast pork sure to clear your nostrils!

We love Chinese cuisine and like to get carryout from a local restaurant. The mustard in the packets do not match the mustard that is usually found on the tables of the restaurant. Now I have that at home without shopping at a specialty store. Great convenience, great taste. The day I got my package, I got some of that carryout the same night.

For years I’ve been trying to replicate the hot mustard I’ve been getting from my one good Chinese restaurant who won’t sell it to me on the side and now I found it here based on another review I read. I am still experimenting by adding extra ingredients besides just water to match it exactly to that restaurant flavor but I’m getting close. I highly recommend this product and will be buying more to more enjoy my food and clear my sinuses, lol.

We really like this hot mustard. The longer it sits it seems to get a bit hotter which is great. Mixes easily just add water the only thing is it does separate a little bit after standing in the fridge but is easily stirred up and ready to go.
