Well I’m not falling over from being anemic anymore so I’d say it works. Definitely take with food and water because it tastes like a penny, but for a couple bucks it’s a quality low cost option to add to your health routine.

This iron supplement is just what I needed to help me reach the required daily amount. The pills are an easy to swallow size too.

I don’t have crazy low iron but my multivitamin doesn’t have iron so i just wanted to supplement some in. 65mg in a serving is a MASSIVE dose, so just be aware of that. if your doctor recommends it, go for it, but you can also take one of the two pills every other day. just be careful with how much you’re taking.

Use daily for years. Does the job. Cheaper than drug store pricing.

they are iron pills. they are small and have no taste. they are easy to swallow and i hope, a lot, will increase my iron count, without giving me constipation. so far, so good.

I don't tolerate iron supplements but this one has been a game changer. Very easy on the stomach. No side effects at all. I would definitely buy these again. A word of caution: Unless advised by a doctor - I wouldn't take these every day as the potency is very high. I have struggled with anemia all my life and these seem to help me if I taken every other day (1-3 times a week depending on my red meat intake). Recommended for sure!

Obviously consult your doctor before taking iron if it's what you need, mine was just unavailable and I searched up what could be worsening my restless arms syndrome and it suggested an iron deficiency so I decided to get these. They're easy to take small pills, a decent dosage, definitely check your iron levels and if you're anemic but I'm on so many meds I decided adding a supplement that could help would be beneficial. There you go. Don't take what I say as medical advice please.
