Hadn't tried it before now. Muir Glen has been around for many years. Organic which is an important factor for me and great flavor. Description says medium but would say mild.
Not the best tatse. Somewhat disappointing for a Muir Glen product. Too sweet and mushy for my preference.It'll do in a pinch. I typically don't buy jarred salsa for this reason. All other medium/mild fresh refrigerated salsas were sold out on Amazon Fresh. Trusting the Muir Glen brand, I took a chance. Again, just my opinion and preference. If you like other name brand glass jar salsas,then you will like this product.
Best canned tomato brand out there. Hands down. I buy all of their stuff, and never doubt the quality.
Low sugar and great tasting salsa!
Ordered 3 jars there was some inconsistencies in thickness. I was happy enough with the flavor for a low sodium salsa. Will buy again
It's okay not the best
I've had a lot of salsas that promise a kick of heat, but most usually fail. This one however is juicy, flavorful, and has a nice, smouldering kick of heat at the end that really sets your mouth ablaze. I love that its organic too.
The taste isn't too bad but a little too close too a sauce. Just bear in mind when purchasing this that it is not chunky.
There are better salsas, not chunky enough.
I usually don't go out of my way to buy organic things. This product was available, reasonable priced, and needed. It tasted better than the other salsas I eat. There is a hint of heat but nothing too bad. I plan on buying this product again.
