These are kind of hard for me to find in stores near me, so I now order them on Amazon. I order the 8 pack and they last quite a while. I use them in a recipe for a gluten-free ginger snap crust and they are delicious. People that are not gluten-free enjoy this, as well.
The company has changed the recipe.This last order doesn't taste like the same cookie I have been buying for years. I don't like them nearly as well. I am so disappointed!
Excellent texture and flavor and true to ginger snap taste and ‘snap.’
These are absolutely scrumptious! However, they have become cost prohibitive! Additional there is less in the packaging than in my past orders and they are mostly crumbs! Previously they were whole cookies and the packages were full, now they are all broken up with only a few whole cookies and a ton of crumbs at the bottom. I will be waiting awhile before I purchase these again. Which is a major bummer because I really like them, it used to be that gluten-free items were much more expensive and harder to find, but that’s not the case anymore. So companies/vendors like these will need to start reducing their prices to compete. I will add pics when I am able.
It is difficult in my small town to obtain gluten-free cookies. These cookies are excellent in taste. Some of them are broken because they are free to move around within the bags during shipping. However, I am happy to eat the crumbs if needed.

my wife is g/f so we have learned to bake our own treats but it is nice to have a quick option. These cookies taste great, good texture, and no bad aftertaste which is often the case with processed g/f foods
These cookies were sold in my local store, but seem to have disappeared lately. So I looked on-line and found them at the same price I was paying in the store, when I could find them. Wonderful ginger flavor, not too biting. Great, 2 bite size for me. I can have them as a snack or for dessert any time I want them. Nice to have them always on hand. *S*
I like them enough to buy them by the case. They are hard to find locally.
