Good not great. Quite mild gingersnap flavor, okay as a gluten-free alternative, but needs more zing. I can't resist regular gingersnaps, these are easy to resist, so may be good for calorie control.
Oh such a great ginger snap taste! Great with tea in the evening... hubby doesn’t need gluten free and tells me to order more when we’re out. Grind and add to homemade cookie bar or pie crust or add to panko to pop chicken finger to taste like schnitzel! You can easily add to a crumb topping for apple pie, coffee cake or any dish for a ginger pop of flavor.
love the cookie the bag this is sent in has no way to close the bag as the one side is missing the closure for the bag. So very hard to close the bag which is suggested on the bag to use the closure which is missing on the back of the bag.
I got a package of these and loved them! I loved the flavor and the texture was nice and soft. When I reordered them and the next batch was much harder which I didn’t like as much. They still taste great though.
Great little ginger treats... Great flavor, pretty good in the calorie and fat column.... Have it with a cup of the Bigelow sweet dreams tea and you will have a good nights sleep..... at least i do.... Downside.... they can be a bit crumbly....Gluten Free the reason.... they make them in regular as well
