The gluten free turkey gravy is delicious and so handy in a pinch. It's yummy made by itself, but it really enhances the flavor of the drippings from the turkey.
I sauteed some mushrooms in butter and added them (along with their liquid) to the finished sauce. It reduced the saltiness and the heavy garlic. That really enhanced the end result. I did not have to thicken it much. It could probably have waited for it to heat longer.Would buy again and do the same thing to enhance it.

Recipe called for water, I used low sodium chicken stock instead, wasa little too salty, and when wasnt being stirred it congealed. But for quick and super easy… it was pretty goodSuggest 1/2 cup water 1/2 stock

McCormick Turkey Gravy Mix helps me so much for holidays! It mixes smoothly, takes 2-3 minutes to make in the microwave oven, goes well with all turkey dishes. We prefer the gluten free version. Makes me appreciate why McCormick has been around so long! Highly recommend it.
I have gluten intolerance and this is fabulous gravy. Unfortunately they don't make gluten free chicken gravy so I use the turkey gravy instead. Works for me!!! I've given to my husband and he doesn't even know the difference!!! Even better as he's so fussy!!
I like this brand. It is one of the only gluten free products available if you cant (like me) make your own. Good flavor and texture.
Super market stop selling it. Makes great gravy. Used two packages, two cups of water and turkey drippings. For thicker gravy added one tablespoon of corn starch. Great taste not sweet
I love this gravy mix, and it meets the husband's approval test: he tends to give any gluten free product the thumbs down, but this gravy was acceptable to his gluten-privileged palate. 😂
Love gf items that are hard to find right now. The ONLY thing I disliked about this product was the extreme over pricing. Vendors are taking advantage of shortages.
McCormick's gluten free turkey gravy tastes almost exactly like their regular turkey gravy mix. Of all the gluten free items I've tried, this is probably the closest in flavor and consistency to it's non gluten free counterpoint that I've found. I can't find this item in my local stores very often so it's worth it to me to pay the slightly higher price and order it from Amazon. It's good made just the way it instructs on the envelope - 1 cup of water + 1 envelope of gravy mix. I sometimes add a spoonful of drippings as well. It tastes best if you do not replace all of the water with drippings. An excellent product.
