So good

As someone new to cooking Thai dishes at home, I was both excited and a little nervous to try my hand at making curries. After years of enjoying Thai cuisine in restaurants, a recent food allergy diagnosis pushed me to start cooking at home so I could control the ingredients.After some research, I chose Mae Ploy’s Panang curry paste and I have been very pleased with my first attempts at Thai home cooking..The complexity of the spices and the perfect balance of heat delivered exactly what I was looking for. It brought authentic flavor right into my kitchen, and my first few attempts have been surprisingly good. I look forward to experimenting with other Mae Ploy products.

Mae ploy - our go to when we don’t make our own. All are great; green curry is our favorite. Reasonable price and fast delivery.

Great stuff. We found it easy to adjust the spice level by changing the amount of paste added. We have used this many times and have recommended to friends.

I've been using this Panang curry paste lately with Aroy D coconut milk, chicken, peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, and kefir lime leaves. I'm making restaurant quality curry now. This and the lime leaves are the secret ingredients to amazing curry. I've tried a red curry paste from another company that didn't have the shrimp paste, and while really good, just didn't have the same level of flavor as this. I'm on my second container of this; I can't get enough of it.

This is a staple in our home. Love having it on hand for our curry mixes. Nice that it last a while so we don't have to throw it away if we don’t eat all at once!

I have been using the yellow, red, green and panang paste, and I love them. These are really good quality and pricing and go a long way with some coconut milk! Great value for the money and taste is fabulous. We never go out for curry any more as my husband says mine is better (thanks to these products). The green is slightly saltier, but I just cut it more with coconut milk. All are very flavorful, and I'm the wrong person to ask about heat level since I always add more heat, even to the ones that say hot. I buy the fresh thai chilis from the market and add them for a really authentic taste. Leakproof packaging is great and the bag inside the plastic containers help open containers last at least 5-6 big pot meals.

This paste packs a little more heat than the other one I get from the Asian market but it is absolutely delicious. I use a little extra coconut milk to make it more mild and it makes for a bigger batch. Highly recommend

I’ve not used a Mae Ploy curry paste I haven’t liked (red, yellow, green, etc). Super fragrant, and the spice increases with amount as expected. It’s way more affordable and lasts longer than the smaller, bigger name products available in grocery stores. Highly recommend and a staple in our house.

If you are like me and are spending way too much money on Uber Eats, I highly recommend this. Chicken, coconut cream, and veggies added to this, and it was like takeout at home!

Grab a can of coconut milk and don't bother spending money on curry from a Thai restaurant again.

This paste makes an outstanding Panang curry. Just follow the recipe provided on the container as a starting point then add what ever vegetables (potatoes, carrot, eggplant etc.) and meat (chicken, beef, seafoods) you want. All Mae Ploy curry pastes does makes a very spicy hot curry but it's sooo goood!

I’ve never been able to find Paneng curry in the store so I took a chance having loved Mae Ploy brand. It don’t disappoint. Great flavor and spice. Love it!

Absolutely love the flavor. I make a curry with this and add it to my beef.

I make Panang curry often and this is the best one I’ve tried. This tub allows me to use as much as I like , and it s fairly spicy, which I love. I will stick with this tub in the future.
