It's not bad, but not great either. Could use a lot more spices.
Ignore the guy who's afraid of microplastics. Squeeze bottle plastic is made of a soft, flexible polymer. It's VERY stable because it's not brittle and you're not going to heat it. These bottles are not being cut or scraped, and they're not being left out in the sun for days or washed in the dishwasher. Transferring mustard that's been in a plastic bottle into a glass jar is ridiculous; if there were any microplastics in the mustard, congrats, you just poured them into a glass jar.This mustard is delicious, made with simple ingredients, is reasonably priced, and is safe to eat. Just don't use the plastic bottle as a cutting board.

Best flavor. I love how it is dijon but a hint of brown mustard too. I use it on my hamburgers, hot dogs and part of a quick salad dressing with mayo and some tarragon. Glad I got two bottles.
Though I appeciate the clean organic ingredients, I was put off by how salty this dijon is. Won't buy it again.

This mustard is hard to find where we live. Stores carry it, then I never see it again. I was so happy to find it here. Dijon mustard hits the mark with this one. You wont be sorry. Smooth. Just the bite my sandwich needs!
I think mustard is an individual thing. This one is my favorite and I compared it in the same meal with others. It is interesting but not funky. I think other companies have gone way out in order to be different but then you don't taste what you are putting it on. This one compliments and adds interest.
I have actually taste tested many of the top selling brands of mustard and this is by far my favorite. Some of the other mustard brands, the main thing you notice first is salt. I don't use a lot of salt in my cooking and have tried to learn how to create intense flavors using skill with herbs and spices instead of piling on salt. It is more challenging but I've gotten pretty good at it so I really appreciate it when a food product takes the same approach. To my taste, Koops manages to attain intense mustard flavor that is less salty. Love it.
