I have been buying this product for 40 years. I bought several packages and gave some of them as gifts. My only complaint is they were a little hard considering they should be soft leeks so I was wondering if maybe they were a little stale, but they still were tasty.

used the soup mix as a base and added a number of other ingredients. soup was excellent.

Soup does taste good but not as good a taste as the Batchelor brand for my taste plus this is enough for two people as opposed to single serving Batchelor brand which is more versatile for me.

Absolutely love nor soup mixes. It’s very hard to find leak in the store. LEEK so I went to Amazon and sure enough I found it. I don’t use it for soup. I use it for dips. I am not a fan of onion dip because it’s too onion tasting, but the leek nor dip is perfect, and all I do is add container of sour cream and one package of door leaked dip. I mix it all together and put it in the refrigerator. Everyone goes crazy every time I bring it somewhere they ask me how I make it usually keep containers of vegetables in the refrigerator take them out and just use it for dip with my vegetables. It’s delicious. You need to try it.

love trying new recipes for dips. came across a spinach dip that called for Leek soup recipe mix. gave it a shot and loved it. simple to make.

This is my favorite soup mix. Easy to make and tastes great. I add mostly water and a little skim milk to decrease the calories and cook with garlic and celery and shallots or green onion for more flavor occasionally. But it’s great on its own. Absolutely recommend!

Knorr leak soup is my go-to seasoning when I make squash. Depending on how much I am making, I may use part or or an entire package when cooking squash. It adds a delicious creamy sauce that people love. I sometimes use it for seasoning other veggies as well (eg cabbage). Since my local grocery store doesn’t carry it, I am glad Amazon does.

I am such a fan of Knorr products. I have a few favorites including this one. If you want to make a wonderful potato leek soup this is the one to use. I replace a little bit of the water with milk. I add fresh sliced leeks and a few cut up potatoes cook about 30 minutes and voila..I have a gourmet meal… Great job Knorr!.... They have a wonderful asparagus soup as well and I do the same thing instead of adding leeks and potatoes I add fresh tender baby asparagus… Wonderful! Oh and did I mention the cream of mushroom soup?!

Really wasn't upset, but that's why I lowly rated" value for the money." Worked well for what I wanted it, I add this instead of onions kinda thing since onions bother my stomach quite a bit and dried versions really don't. I've tried it once so far, and used it for a filler in my split pea soup. Worked well, tasted good, wasn't hard to get it to dissolve or anything. Only downside on this really was that they were suddenly 10 bucks for 3.

When cooked, place in a large bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well and add the cottage cheese, salami, soup mix, and salts and pepper. Beat 9 eggs and stir into the mixture. Add the drained spinach and mix well.Grease an 11 X 16 x 1-inch baking dish with the remaining butter. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on the bottom of the dish. Add the rice mixture and smooth out the top. Beat the remaining 3 eggs and pour over the top of the dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes. After cooling a bit, cut into small serving pieces.The dish sets up better if it is made a day in advance. A quick reheating is no work at all.
