We love this gravy mix! It is so hard to find it in a store.

My wife is very particular about her gravy. When she needs more gravy than her drippings with make she grabs a package of Knorr. When she has to make gravy in a hurry she uses Knorr. All I know is I like it.

Best gravy mix. Add water and great flavor. I use as an additive when I have pan drippings. Nd add more water and Wondra. Got info from my mom 40 years ago

I've been using this mix for years when I make Salisbury Steak. I couldn't find it in my supermarkets anymore. Then I found it here. Perfection.

Taste is very nice. I add some butter and sometimes sauted muchrooms to make it more home made.

I LOVE this gravy, easy to make and U can use it in the meatloaf as the spice, then use the juice as gravy base. It's great for everything when you want a simple but elegantly flavored gravy on or in meats or potatoes.

Knorr still produce the best gravy packets, with the tastiest seasonings - hands down. The brown gravy is not always easy to find in my area markets. And when I do, the price is significantly higher than through Amazon. Purchasing the 12-pack at Amazon is the most economical way for me to always have Knorr on hand for gravy, as a thickener and a flavor enhancer for stews, in pot roast, soups, and of course for mashed potatoes. I appreciate that Knorr does not add some of the cheap, unhealthy fillers like Palm and other Hydrogenated oils or Corn Syrup Solids to their mixes, as some of the other gravy mixes do.

I used this for years and loved it, lots of compliments, too. It became impossible to find until now, but this is definitely not the original recipe, now it's no more superior to common brands in stores. The first thing I noticed was the smell of bullion, and it didn't have the blend of spices the original had. I guess the company has changed hands too many times.I'll use to rest to add to drippings and hopefully will find that lovely blend the original had.Edit: I used a second envelope to my pot toward the end of cooking. It really did a good job! Maybe I just didn't cook it long enough, or maybe the other flavors set it off?All is forgiven:)

Edited 8/15/22: Unfortunately, it seems these “expired” the same month I received them, so check the “best by” date.I read a lot of reviews on this item, and thought I'd give it a try. This is the best packaged gravy mix...ever! It was fabulous for my meat loaf with mashed potatoes, and I don't think there's another that can beat it. You have to try it!!

I use the brown gravy mix for steak, meatloaf, hot roast beef sandwiches, and any time I need a rich, meaty flavored brown gravy. I replace a third of the water with a merlot or other dry red wine when I use it for prime ribs. This gravy is even good to use for a poutine. Knorr gravy mixes are flavorful and easy to make.
