I use these as a side for almost everything!
I order these regularly to make ramen at home, and I haven't found any other noodle I like as much as these. They're healthy, they cook pretty quickly, and are just perfect in size and texture. I have cooked these per the directions (in water), but have also cooked them in ramen broth on the stove or in a slow-cooker; they've come out great every time.
Great noodles with the wavy texture just like ramen packs but without all the additives. Price has increased a lot since my first purchase though. Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
So tasty and healthy too. Fat is low,carbs are low, sodium is very low....It comes in two bricks that you're supposed to put ONE into your boiling broth, but I found half a brick is enough along with a little veggies. Very filling and yummy.
I really like the thinness of the noodles and the fast cooking.
