These are absolutely hands down the best shoe-strong licorice I've ever had. Ever! Some shoe string licorice completely lacks flavor and just tastes waxy, but this is to die for! Especially this blue raspberry flavor! This licorice is also soft and doesn't hurt your teeth. It is completely texturally satisfying in every way! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!
I honestly wish it was easier to take a part. I have a penny candy store for the children & it is very hard to pull it apart. Is there a secret to getting it apart. 🤔

Love this stuff and have to be careful that I don’t eat too much at a time.
I've seen this flavor (Blue Raspberry) many times, and always passed it by (my mistake). On a whim, I ordered this, not knowing what to expect (taste/texture), I was not disappointed. I'll have to order again to see if there is consistency in production batches, but this time the texture was firm but not sticky, easily knotted (if desired), with a slight shine (not waxy). The taste was better than expected. Having had actual raspberries, this was not quite that, but very pleasant just the same. I didn't have the take the product out of the bag for detangling (nice). Overall, a good choice if you like adventure (and string candy). Hopefully the future batches come out just like this one, if so, I'll be a fan.

Tastes good, but it was a little on the tart side. I wasn't expecting that. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
These are without a doubt my favorite licorice. Tasty and just the right texture. I will be getting more.
