Great chocolate for baking, but all of them came broken
I use these bars to make chocolate mousse at home. Great flavor and the chocolate melts well. Those who have tried the chocolate mousse have all made favorable comments.
Use for chocolate syrup chocolate ganache and chocolate brownies. I would have given five stars except it is a bit pricey. Would buy again however.

They gave me a refund so I won’t go to one star.…incorrectly keeping chocolate in temperatures that are either too cold or too warm causes the fat particles in the chocolate to rise to the surface.

Used them for a recipe - Peanut Butter Fudge - Melt 6 bars of White & Semi Sweet Choc Bars ( Separate ) - mix in 1 jar of Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter( 16 oz ) - into Semi Sweet until chocolate is like silk - pour into pan lined with wax paper - pour White chocolate in Semi Choc/peanut butter and swirl until you get a desired look - Refrigerate for 4- 6 hours - so good !!!!!!!!!!
I'm always on the lookout for chocolate for baking, trying different chocolates with various cocoa levels/purity/reputation. This chocolate exceeded all expectations - it's luxurious and silky as well as being quite delicious. I've made chocolate cake, brownies and next will be choc chunk cookies. I highly recommend it.
Ghiardelli chocolate is one of the best chocolates, no matter what I am baking or candy I need to make, it always provides delicious results. 6 bars of premium chocolate!! i use this chocolate for shavings on my desserts. Cost wise through Amazon it is a great deal! I have purchased this many times through amazon and it is always carefully packaged
I bought these for baking and it is a miracle that I am able to do so since everyone in the house seems to nibble on them here and there. They are easy to bake with, melt quickly, have a wonderful taste and if you manage to hide them somewhere in the fridge where your family won't find them, they will keep quite well for several weeks. I've actually hidden several in the back of the freezer and then baked with them and the taste was still of the same high quality. Good price for a great chocolate.
