I love the taste but the increase in pricing is a huge drawback. In addition it is difficult to find in stores. Taste is 10+; Price is -3

We love this mix. It says on the package that it's good for 10+ servings but if you don't like to eat pure sugar, it lasts way longer. Our recipe for a large mug is 1 heaping tsp of this mix + 1 heaping tsp of Nescafe + 1/2 mug milk + 1/2 mug water, which is then microwaved to make homemade mocha. We also use the mix, Nescafe, milk and crushed ice to make frappes in a Ninja blender. The mix has stuff that works well to volumize the frappe and make it creamier.

The best, hot or cold. The subtle coffee flavor enhances the deep chocolate flavor. Makes a great frozen frappe (If you enjoyed the frappe at the Lobster place in the fall - this is the stuff!) or hot cocoa, with rich flavor.

Delicious mocha flavor and I like that it mixes with milk so I can have a cup before bed to help me sleep. Note: A serving size (2 tbsp) makes just 6 ounces of hot chocolate (1/2 cup). At almost $12 a bag, it makes for a pricey and small indulgence. Especially since I can buy the double chocolate flavor in my grocery store for under $5. Because of these reasons, I likely won't purchase again. As far as the flavor goes though, it is a tasty treat on a cold winter's night as I curl up in my chair in front of the tv before bed.

I originally got the package of GHIRARDELLI Mocha Hot Cocoa Mix, 10.5 oz Bag (6 bags) to give as Christmas Stocking Stuffers. I tried some and I liked it so much I decided to keep two of the multiple serve bags for myself. One think I like about this is the fact that I can adjust the strength get it just right. I usually mix the powder with half and half instead of milk to give it a creamier flavor. I will be buying some more when I use up the packages I have. It has a mild moca flavor that doesn’t overpower the chocolate flavor and I think it’s a good combination. I picked this because it isn’t filled with chemicals and preservatives like some other popular brands. Read the ingredients list before buying hot chocolate and you might be surprised to see the list of chemicals some companies put in their product.This one is a keeper.

If hot chocolate is your thing, I highly recommend this brand. It is simply delicious and everyone I have served it to has said exactly the same thing — you will not be sorry If you purchase this brand!

Needed a replacement for Folgers Moch mix and Ghirardelli is absolutely delicious! Just remember that it doesn't have the creamer in it. So you will use less when adding to coffee. So yummy 😋

What a yummy mocha combo of cocoa and coffee, just perfect for chilly nights before bed.

If you like dark chocolate taste with many uses for baking.then this is good, but if you’re risking it by itself, it gets clumpy even when you stir well.

Have a mocha Ghiradelli smoothie most mornings. Ghiradelli Mocha Mix never lets me down. There are no substitutes.

Will be using some of these as presents and of course, keeping some for us to have on hand. Product mixes well with milk.

As to the flavor my wife and I love Ghirardelli mocha. It is sweet enough that when I add it to coffee there is no need to add any other sweeteners such as sugar, but the sweetness is not overpowering. I like only a little sweetness in my coffee so this works perfectly for me. If you need more sweetness just add some sugar. I have used this product for years and never been disappointed. To my taste buds, the flavor remains consistent over the years, too.As much as I like coffee I have had a long time preference for the mocha flavor over plain coffee, and the Ghirardelli has been my favorite as it seems the best blend of chocolate and coffee flavor. I tried just putting chocolate (cocoa) powder to coffee but it made the coffee taste more like candy than coffee. The Ghirardelli allows the original coffee flavor to come through.I deducted one star because I think that the value to price is diminishing due to the significant increases in pricing over the past year. If the price keeps going up I fear I may be priced out of continuing to use this great product. So far, I can get approximately a month from 6 packets in around 3 cups of coffee per day. though your mileage may vary depending on how much you prefer to add to your coffee. I suggest that if you can, buy the 6 packet product over individual packets since it is much more cost effective.For the record, while I use this in coffee, you certainly can keep it simple by using it in hot milk, hot water, etc.

In all fairness, I don't drink coffee...I have hot chocolate every morning instead. I've tried SO many different mixes and recipes, and the chocolate mocha powder from Ghirardelli is always the winner in my book!

LOVE this maybe dark chocolate to eat as is - the highlight of my morning every day, knowing that I'm satisfying my chocolate craving with not enough calories to care about and virtually no fat. THEY SHOULD ADVERTISE STATING THAT. Great in my suitcase also.I wish I could find it in a tub instead of bags (probably not for my suitcase!).

I use this in my milk at dinner time. I love it!

Only wish it was still available in the canister but this package probably keeps it fresher. I really, really like this flavor and hate running around to find a supermarket that carries it.

No longer available in the stores or in the 16 oz can. Smaller containers but seems to be the same great flavor.
