I love Exeter corned beef. Certainly a bit pricey, but tastes great.
I tried this out due to price. First off I'm comparing with Ox and Palm (New Zealand). The texture is kinda tough and it's dry. Compared with other (pricier) corned beef, this one is average. If you don't mind spending a little money, go with the NZ brand. Also, opening this can is a pain. The part were a metal sticks out will break. I cut myself once. Extra care is needed, when that opening mechanism fails.
Great corned beef like we used to get. Flavorful and beefy.
Great taste with low sodium and fat. Would give five stars but the key that opens it failed twice. Have a good can opener handy. Ordered again.
The texture is not the same as I remembered. I do not think that this quality is better that product that I can buy on supermarket shelves.
