This chocolate mousse is so delicious. It is easy to make. I use a small immersion blender to quickly whip it up. Dip the blender in soapy water, easy clean up. This pkg uses 1 cup of milk, so very small servings. Spray Reddi-Wip on each serving for an elegant dessert.
Oetker chocolate mousse is lighter than the equivalent volume of pudding and is very satisfying--wife really enjoys this as a nice dessert after dinner.Boxes arrived on time and undamaged
Super easy to make and gives the illusion of a fancy dessert. I make it with oat milk for my lactose intolerant husband and he loves it.

The mousse is very easy to make and really delicious - and my husband does not please easily when it comes to mousse.
Great texture and taste. Stores don't carry milk chocolate with that nice smooth delicate taste anymore. You'll only find death by chocolate flavors, which is ok sometimes but this stuff is perfect. Even found a box that had been overlooked and was over a year outdated. Whipped it up for grins and it still had that great texture and taste.
Can't find this wonderful mousse in grocery stores anymore. So glad it's still available at Amazon! It must be made with real milk, but using skim milk is good.
Best price I've found on mousse mix on Amazon. Chocolate mousse is my favorite dessert, and while I make it from scratch several times a year, with a new baby in the house, I just don't have time to focus on whipping the egg whites and gently folding in my melted chocolate and whipped cream. One of these packets, a cup of milk, and five minutes, and I've got mousse that's perfectly lovely for any craving.While the package directions suggest chilling the finished product, I must admit that I am often unable to wait that long, and find it quite edible and yummy even when it's just been whipped a minute or two before. I haven't yet tried using this product in pies or any other use for chocolate mousse, but I suspect it would be good for these applications, particularly if it was mixed with slightly less milk. You may find if you use a high-powered mixer like a KitchenAid (as I do) that the mousse does not seem to aerate much beyond the 3 minute mark. I have not seen any noticeable differences in texture when whipping this mix for three, four, five, or six minutes when whipping on the highest speed in a six-quart KitchenAid mixer.The chocolate taste of this is excellent, and I have not noticed any "graininess" or grit problems like I have seen in some other brands of mousse mix. I will be purchasing this product again, definitely.
