Best gluten free I’ve had!
Our daughter has strong intolerances to wheat and corn, so finding ready-made food which will work is tough. Even most gnocchi has some corn in it. But not this!! Made it with a brown butter sage sauce when she came for a quick visit and it was delicious! highly recommend!
I love this. A fast easy dinner. They cook really fast. While they're boiling, I put pine nuts, basil and nutritional yeast in my Nutribullet with a tad of water. Perfect pesto!
For being gluten free it’s pretty good! I’d rather not have to pay so much more for the gluten free option compared to the normal gnocchi I buy at the store but it works for us.
Can’t find in local market, it was so fast and satisfyingly chewy!

When you have Celiacs you give up a few conveniences. These wonderful gnocchi have given me back new versions of my old favorites. I loves them in my new version of chicken pot gnocchi. Comfort food happiness any way you dress them up. Great taste.
I've tried other gnocchi where the ingredients didn't have anything I was allergic to but still gave me an allergic reaction, probably due to cross-contamination.This is the first one I've tried that doesn't. I'm allergic to a lot of stuff, but I don't react to these. They seem to be perfectly safe for me to eat. That's huge, and tough to do, with anything resembling "normal" food.Only downside is they have a little bit of weird smell when you cook them. But it sure is great to have another quick and easy-to-cook meal option.
Pan fry is the only way I have prepared the GF product so do not know how it performs cooked by another method. It takes just a few minutes longer to cook and sticks to the pan a bit more. The flavor and consistency work well in the recipes I prepare.
I purchased these to make my version of Olive Garden's chicken gnocchi soup and it worked fine. I have had to change my diet to gluten free and vegan and it is great to find these foods that allow us to eat some of those foods we miss.
Great gnocci texture, shape and they hold up well the next day as leftovers. I've made them quite a few times. Easy to prepare and I serve with my favorite pesto sauce. A bit pricey for frequent use but def make a nice side dish every so often if I don't feel like making from scratch.
After being diagnosed as celiac it’s been a struggle to find food that tastes good enough to be considered a comfort food.These gnocchi have become my comfort food. They are fast and easy to make, and only a few things need to be added to it.My go to recipe has been the gnocchi (2-3 mins in boiling water), a brown butter sauce with sage seasoning (vegan butter works as well as regular), and if I’m feeling extra I’ll grill up some bacon and chop it into tiny bits. Combine everything and viola. A comfort meal.You’d never even know it was gluten free if ya had it. Considering how time consuming making gnocchi is and how expensive plain gluten free flower is... it’s worth the price.
Gluten-free!! I love these. I have Celiac Disease, which means I am allergic to gluten (a wheat protein) so can no longer have pasta, which I love. These have become my new pasta. I substitute them in all of my old favorite pasta dishes. There are lots of "gluten-free" pastas out there, but none of them are very good in my opinion. But these are wonderful. Beware. Not all gnocchi are gluten-free, but these are, and they are simply amazing. I buy them by the case!
I have served these gnocchi several times to people who are not gluten free like myself. They are always skeptical at first but no one has ever been disappointed when it is served with beef ragu and fried sage. Use to purchase at local grocery store, then only high end store, and now only on amazon. Thanks amazon for helping me keep high quality menu items in my repertoire.
Very good gnocchi! If you can find this at a specialty or health food store, though, buying it online may not be a good deal. I found out that at my local health store, they are $6.99 a package, which makes buying a 6 pack slightly more expensive.
