While not the hottest (I'm a collector of a variety of hot sauces), definitely a LOT of flavor 👍Can be used as any other hot sauce, and also makes for a great salad dressing as well :)Would recommend, and have bought it more than once myself.

By far my favorite hot sauce. Not overly spicy, but great flavor. Tastes good on all food types I’ve used it with from pizza and burgers to tacos and eggs.You may even want to pour a glass and have a sip!

We had this in a little restaurant in Ocean City MD and bought a bottle home. When we rationing the last little bit, not wanting it to be gone, because Lord only knows when we'll be traveling back to MD. We were so excited to find the exact item on Amazon!! This has a ton of flavor, like it was slow cooked or something (no idea) but the ratio of cilantro to the other ingredients is perfectly balanced. So good on everything!

I had the Cilanktro sauce for the first time at a restaurant in Wildwood, NJ and I ordered it while sitting at the table. It is so unique and SO GOOD. It has a really great flavor and is hot, but not too hot. I put it on everything now. A great discovery!

the taste is good, goes well with eggs and hash brown. this isnt my favorite hot sauce, but it was worth buying. Though i've got beef with your bottle design. the head is too big, this light sauce gushes way too fast out of this bottle and ive wasted this not so inexpensive sauce many times and ruined my bite because i saturated my plate with your sauce.

Great hot sauce. Period. What really differentiates this sauce is the cilantro. Nice, but not overpowering heat, excellent brightness and oh, did I mention the cilantro? Really nice sauce on things that benefit from a hint of cilantro like enchiladas, red beans and rice, and even curries.

Very spicy but very tasty. I always end up setting my mouth on fire but it’s worth it. More of a garlic flavor. Just a hint of cilantro.This bottle turned to vinegar after about four months even though I was storing it in the refrigerator so the last 20% was wasted. I wish there was a smaller bottle. Still, I liked it enough I will repurchase.

That cilantro version is so damn good, but no heat which is a killer for me. But, I have still blown through 2 bottles of the cilantro. It is absolutely SO DELICIOUS, but very little heat. I would buy this in a heart, particularly if you aren't looking for spice. The flavor is UMAMI to the max.

If you are wondering about trying a new sauce and want something besides the normal fermented pepper sauce, try this! I am currently on a strict diet to lose weight, but I have a strong addiction to spicy foods. I bought this to take a spoonful ever once and a while to take care of my hot sauce craving without adding much sodium to my diet, and it is much better than I expected.The base is somewhat similar to the normal fermented pepper base, but that added Cilantro, Garlic, and wine really REALLY compliment the base sauce flavor here. The strongest note is the garlic, but you can taste the Cilantro and the little bit of wine added, and it give the sauce a freshness that many other more ordinary hot sauces just do not have. As soon as I am able to have normal foods again, my very first 'cheat' meal will be making wings and using this as my wing sauce base, and I cannot wait.Give this a try and enjoy!

You can taste every ingredient very clearly,definitely cilantro so if you love cilantro you will love this hot sauce and it's not to hot would give it a 3/10 on a heat scale . Overall very good

This cilanktro sauce is amazing. I bought it first at a fresh fish shop down by Folly Beach in South Carolina and when i found it online I was nervous but decided it was worth the risk. It tasted just as good as the stuff I bought in person. 10/10 would recommend. I use it on pizza, chicken, as a dipping sauce for everything and I admittedly put it in my soup because its delicious.

I really like this sauce, it's not very hot though. It does pair well with a number of foods, but the garlic is intense. I don't quite taste the cilantro, oddly enough but I do enjoy this with eggs, chicken, burritos and a number of other foods.It's a welcome addition to my collection of hot sauces, I just wish I could buy it locally instead of through amazon. The cost is pretty high for a bottle of hot sauce.
