The best for easing tension. Hands down.
This is the most relaxing tea from all I have tried. Being a nurse, one of the hardest things to do is wind down after working a twelve hour shift and know you have to relax quickly to deal with home, kids, etc, then make yourself go to sleep, and awake refreshed. It doesn't force you to sleep just relax into a natural sleep.

I find it good to help me to sleep but I have to soak 2 tea bags for a few minutes for effect.

I found this tea a couple of years ago and have been drinking it since. I love tea and if it has benefits, that's even better. I buy several of the Celestial Seasonings teas but this is my favorite. It really does work to help tame my tension! And it tastes great. I drink it during the day at work, it doesn't make me sleepy but it does help with the stress and tension. I have even given some as gifts to my friends and they love it too. So if you have a little stress and what some relief, this is a great option and there's no alcohol involved, just great tasting tea.

This tea really works to calm my stress levels in the evening. I drink a cup around 8pm and it helps put me in a more relaxed mindset and I’m able to sleep better when I drink a cup. I only put milk in.
I don't know how it works, but within the first three sips I begin to feel more relaxed. By the time a finish a mug tension is eased.
