This has been part of my everyday routine for years now and I love it. It feels very refreshing and does have a minty kind of sting to it but doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin. I leave it on for a couple minutes before washing it off and I think it keeps my face nice and clean and smooth.

I have been using this product for years. It feels so good on the skin. I use it in the shower and it is my routine. I am almost 60 and people tell me I have barely aged (in my face anyway). Try it, you will like it.

I don't know why Burt's Bees Philippines won't restock this. This is the best facial wash I've ever used! Using this made my face smooth and glowing. Also, I love the cooling effect while applying this on the skin.In terms of packaging, I have no complaints.

I use my cleanser after the Burt's Bees Deep Pore Scrub and it kind of burns. It doesn't usually do that if I don't use the scrub so maybe it's reacting with that. Other than that, it is really cooling and smooth and I recommend it.

I received a mini of this cleanser, and liked it so much that I ordered the full size... My favorite thing is the way it smells!! I love the way it feels, all cool and sparkly, and leaves my skin feeling fresh and soft... I only gave it 3 stars, because of the beat up packaging. It looks like it was dragged across the floor and kind of smashed. The seal is still intact, there are no breaches/leaks, and it's not expired, so there's no need to return/replace it, but yeah... It happens 🤷‍♀️

Pros: gentle, not harsh or stripping, hood price, quality ingredientsCons: doesn’t rinse well or remove makeup effectively.Bottom line: As a stand alone wash, this isn’t enough for me on days when I wear makeup, but as a lightweight AM wash, it’s quire good. There is a slight minty style tingle that may not be for everyone. It reminds me of d school noxema.

I've used a few "natural" face washes that still left my skin feeling tight, dry, and like there was too much alcohol on it. I purchased this face wash after seeing it recommended on a YouTube video and I'm SO glad I did!!! This is seriously incredible!It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and not dry at all after washing. I LOVE the smell, it kinda reminds me of orange sherbet. And I love love love the menthol, the tingly feeling on your skin is so refreshing.Since using this for a few days, the few breakouts I had have disappeared and my skin is noticeably smoother and less dry. It's reassuring to know that this product is 99.9% natural and I'm not using harsh or foreign chemicals on my skin. I will never go back after trying Burts Bees!!!

I have sensitive, combination skin. I use this product to wash my face, using a facial brush, first thing in the morning. It contains menthol, which leaves my skin feeling fresh. The creamy texture keeps my skin moisturized without drying and does not irritate my skin. You can NOT use this product on our near your eye lids as the menthol will irritate them, and may cause burning. The product does not remove my make up, so I need to use a different product at night that can do that.

I was blessed with good skin so it's usually a challenge for me to find just a basic deep cleanser for my face that I could use daily. After sifting through pages of acne soaps I found this stuff. Not that I am crapping on acne soaps or anything. The medicines in them just make my face either feel sticky after washing or it actually causes me to break out.Not this though! This is gentle enough for my sensitive skin to get it nice and clean without over treating symptoms that aren't there. It also gets my make up off really good, though if I'm on the go I usually just use the little wipes that are also made by Burt. I am a big fan of most of his products (except for the avocado hair goop stuff. that was horrible!)My only complaint is that is dries my face a tiny bit more than I would like. It's not like the sahara desert or anything. Just dryish. Easily cured with some lotion which you should always wear anyway. Always moisturize! Your face will thank you 20 years from now.

The Burt's Bees Deep Cleansing Cream with Soap Bark and Chamomile is the only facial cleanser I use because it is a cream cleanser that tingles like Nozema, but without the harsh ingredients. Most importantly, it cleans my skin well and gets deep down into the pores to help keep my acne and blackheads away naturally. It even helps tone and firm up my skin. Everyone keeps saying I look like a teenager and I keep saying, "No, I am 30." They keep asking what I am using and the only thing I can say is this cleanser. It has to be or all the herbal tea I drink. This cleanser not only keeps my skin youthful and bright, but it also helps keep it soft and well balanced unlike other facial cleansers. However, I still follow up after with a good moisturizer to help further nourish and protect my skin. Of coarse, that is a Burt's Bees Product too that also works Marvelous!
