Does not look anything like the picture. In the picture it was all purple but what I got was white with a purple handle. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars because Brita is usually a good product.
Really good pitcher, has lasted for years with no problems.

NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS DID NOT USE
Great compact pitcher. Especially useful if you like room temperature water because there is a spout protector whereas other pitchers don't have one. Fabulous for singles or couples but if you have family, you will likely find it annoying to keep filling it up all day. That being said, the spout protector is great and won't let dust (or pet fur) fly in. Note: make sure you fit the filter properly down into the slot otherwise you might not be able to close the unit and think it's defective (my initial mistake until I realized it...).
It is definitely easy to use and set up! The size is perfect and weight of it with water is great! Makes my water taste great.
I know this product works because my mom has the same model, I just got this one and the second filter was in the packaging under the pitcher which took me a few minutes to realize since the other one was inside the pitcher - if you’re as confused as I was, look there to avoid feeling dumb like I did
I don't know about you, but my city tap water is not as "CRISP" as I like my water. I found myself buying flats of bottled water which became expensive and wasteful. This Britta is a great packaged deal. I've begun to drink alot more water and enjoy the "clean" water taste. I'm finding this water filtration system is very economical and provides water I actually enjoy. Thank you Amazon for offering this item.
Bought this for college students. Doesn't quite fit in their mini-fridge.
Love this! We wanted to be able to provide our baby with clean drinking water without purchasing bottled water that is filled with microplastics. We have a pull-out sink faucet and didn’t want to go back to traditional to put a filter attachment on so this was a great option for us. Fits easily in the fridge and is easy to take apart and wash.
I was hoping for a few inches shorter.
When our old Brita refused to drain water into the pitcher, we bought this one. It’s slimmer and faster than our old pitcher. It takes up less room in the refrigerator, fills quickly and drains immediately. I recommend this Brita, which came with free filters included.
After receiving product then started to use the picture we experienced the taste of plastic from the picture being stored in a high heat area . Water tasted awful , which we were trying to eliminate poor taste from well water to start with . Next time I'll buy local for easy returns .
Broke my last one, which was white. Did not realize they have cute colors like this one! Works just as good as the previous one, simple and easy to clean! Highly recommend!
When I first got it I was excited I like the color but when I first got it it was hard to put together once I cleaned it and cleaned the filter. Not that it's complicated it's just not made well and took me a couple tries ro get the lid on because it wasn't quite right so it's a bit of a cheaper product... not impressed as I've always used Britta and this seems like a cheap product I'm not impressed.
Update to the below review: a new Brita was sent to replace the broken one. I’ve had it for a few months and I honestly have no complaintsArrived with broken tip that is supposed to remain on and allow water to flow. Very disappointed. I should have just listened to the other reviews that stated this issue
The pitcher is slim enough for my fridge. The taste really good 😊. Easy to clean.
Love everything about this product, the sleek appearance, the bright color, the covering lid seamlessly fitting the lip. Each full refill of the pitcher pours into 2 large glasses. As the freshness of my water is the most important, this is a perfect product for one-person use.
