For whatever reason my husband started having random episodes of gout. He doesn't eat any of the foods that can cause it. Our Dr prescribed a med to help during flare-ups, so once its gone then I give him 1 of these daily. These aren't to be used during a flare up, but as prevention.

Gout Out, the old name, took care of my knee better than any of the drugs that had been prescribed. Urilow certainly helps and contains the same ingredients as Gout Out but I don’t find it quite as effective. Still using it and it does make a big difference

I had a my first gout attack the day after Labor day 2019. It was THE WORST pain I ever witnessed. I could not stand or walk on both my entire feet! I've been taking this for 4 years. Only time I get gout is when I run out and don't take any. I take the recommend dose every other day. If I get a gout attack I take 3 recommended doses but that's usually when I eat red meat or seafood.. or have a beer. I love dark hoppy beer and IPA but even one bottle can make that demon appear. Gout sucks. I would cure gout if I had one disease to cure. It's a lifelong curse, but this helps keep the demon in the cage.

I "think" these are working. I started taking them a month ago with other supplements and they seem to keep my inflammation down. Hopefully with diet change and taking these I will avoid prescription meds.

I've been using this product for about a year now. I get gout flare ups when I have been especially naughty with my diet. I take two pills with each meal at the beginning of a flare up and notice relief within a day. I only take this during flare ups, but I'm considering adding it to my daily vitamin routine.
