I believe this is a fine product. I use it for calming mood improvement and and good spirits generally. Have no idea if this works as an appetite suppressant. Though I think that could also be possible.A star is missing. The container is unbreakable which is good, but it is also way too big for the amount of product contained. I don't know how many others feel the way I do. Bottle contains 50 capsules yet takes up as much (read footprint) room in meds cabinet as a container with 100 capsules. I would have preferred a 50 capsule sized container or an option to get a smaller container for regular use and a larger one with more product for refill.Example: Source Naturals (seller) Theanine Serene w Relora (product) 30 large tablets small travel bottle, also purchased the larger size for price savings and environmental reasons. I love those bag refills the generics use.May update later if I find a smaller size container, but this product is JUST what I was looking for thanks and I am purchasing another bottle when I finish this review.

I took this entire bottle once a day for a month. Honestly didn't notice much difference with two exceptions, increased libido(good), and a sulfuric smell to my urine(not as good). I can see the libido boost as helpful to many but the smell is kinda weird when you first get a whif. I actually had to google saffron side effects to make sure I wasn't sick or something. I probably won't purchase again but there could be more benefits to longer consumption.

It does decrease my appetite. Not quite what I expected after the reviews I had read, but my husband says he notices I am losing weight.
