I finished my first bottle of this supplement. I am happy with the results. Overall and easy to swallow pill did not cause any gastric issues as I have a sensitive stomach.Is it enough to say I feel better while taking this supplement not sure. I tried the prescription that my doctor provided but it caused more issues for me.This seems to be a really good product and at this price point the value is unmatched.I have an appointment next month, so we'll see soon

I used this to help me get back on track snd I am pleasantly surprised. I took for 30 days and my cholesterol was lower. These are not harsh on my sensitive stomach. No adverse reactions and easy to swallow pills. Price is fairy reasonable and I prefer otc meds verses prescription drugs. I believe these to be a safe alternative then harmful prescription with side effects. Definitely recommend if you need to lower your cholesterol.

I am not sure that these were effective for me more than improvements in my dietary habits and life style changes. The ingredients support cardiovascular health, which is good, but I am not able to locate evidence of quality or testing. I also see multiple options within this price point that I believe (and my doctor reccomends) are a better choice for me. I am not ordering these again. This is my honest review, yet the ingredients in this supplement may help with cholesterol levels. It is difficult to measure this without testing and isolating from other factors such as life style changes.

Coming out of surgery I was found to have higher cholesterol levels than previously tested. With threat of any possibility that I could be placed on medication if they don't see improvement, I was happy to try any supplements which may help me along my journey to lower cholesterol. While I have not been due for more testing yet, these have been an enjoyable way to add a little heart health to my daily routine.I take several vitamins and supplements as is, so I try to pick and choose any new additions wisely. While these require two capsules per serving, I actually found them to be a delightful replacement for the gummies that I was previously taking. These weren't quite as tasty, but they still had a nice flavor and fragrance to them. They went down smooth and did not cause any known adverse side effects.This 30 serving bottle was 17.95, and came in at roughly 50 cents cheaper than the cost per bottle in the 2 pack of gummies, that I had prior to this supplement. I have only more recently incorporated cardio into my routine. If my labs show any real improvement, it will be a testament to all of these supplements that I have been taking for cholesterol health, more than my newfound discipline and dedication to, or attempt at, daily physical fitness. Only time, and testing, will tell, but so far I have been pleased by these.As a monthly supplement supply, I would generally find this to be a little less cost effective, versus most things I take long-term. However, I mostly plan on taking cholesterol supplements until I get to a more manageable point, where I can better control with regular exercise. If this helps, in any way, to improve my levels, it was well worth every penny.

Although it is hard to tell if these are working without a blood test, they don't hurt my stomach like some other cholesterol reducing supplements. I tried taking the prescription cholesterol reducing drugs, but I couldn't tolerate the side effects. Most of the other cholesterol supplements have been hard on stomach, so I had to stop taking them. I'll have to wait until my next blood test to see if they made a difference.

So I tried changing my diet (but failed), which included adding this supplement and last at my last check-up, my doc said my levels had drastically improved. I was honest with him and told I failed to add more fruits and veggies to my diet but was taking this supplement consistently. He said he could see the positive results. I'm a believer and will definitely try to change my diet, but it feels good knowing that my levels are at a healthy level.

I've been taking these fir a few weeks now and have felt no ill effects or stomach upset. It's difficult to notice any impacts on cholesterol after such a short time and mine is in a good range, but the ingredients show they can help maintain. . I like that it's 3ed party tested and it's vegeterien friendly. The price seems fair for quality ingredients like this and all the quality garentees.

There are many impressive ingredients in this supplement including niacin, chromium, CoQ10, garlic, fenugreek, red yeast rice, and flaxseed. That being said, The CoQ10 is only included at 25 mg and is not an extract, which is a very low amount, so that's disappointing to see. Otherwise, the amounts of the ingredients are pretty good like the 600 mg of red yeast rice. Other ingredients that make up the capsules are magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and vegetable cellulose, which are pretty standard and give the capsules a smooth texture that makes them easy to swallow. I also found that the capsules were tasteless and were gentle on my stomach. It's good to see that the supplement was made in the USA, and I also like how thoughtful it was to include Spanish on the label rather than just English as there are many people in the US who speak Spanish. It's good that the supplement is gluten-free, dairy-free, and preservative free. However, I couldn't find any information suggesting that it is third-party tested or GMP certified. The third party testing would be helpful as it lets me know that the information on the label is accurate. The box had an easy to find expiration date on the bottom with the bottle that I received expiring in January 2028. The serving size is just two capsules and there are 30 servings per bottle, which makes this a pretty good value at only $18. Everything was professionally labeled and sealed and the bottle seemed fresh with all the capsules in good condition.

This has a more varied set of ingredients than my usual supplement, which is usually sterols and red yeast rice. Having all other ingredients are good, but you end up with miniscule amount of each ingredient. I can't testify whether a varied amount of ingredients in small amount or higher dosage of a few ingredients is beneficial. So it's a try and see.There is no image of the ingredient label, so on had to go find that info in the detailed description. It also says it is to help maintain cholesterol level instead of lowering it. Maybe they are just trying to more accurate, as no other supplement indicate they are just for maintenance. It is good that it is made in USA.
