Very nice flavor. I do not use much salt, so a bit salty for me but my guests and family love the taste. When cooking for myself, I mix with spices with no salt and makes a great blend.
This is the BEST product — so versatile and tasty in many dishes, from soup to casseroles to pasta. However, one of my jars from this seller arrived dented and leaking. I had to dispose of the whole jar of product.

One of my favorite Better Than Bouillon flavors. I use it any time I want an Italian seasoning in my rice, or pasta. It is difficult to find in the store so was delighted to find it on Amazon. Try it you will enjoy it as a base on Italian dishes or flavoring.

If you like salt this is the product for you. I ruined two pots of paste. This is the worst
This made our pasta delicious but you only need a little becasue it is strong! I made the mistake of using too much and it made the dish too powerful.
