This stuff is so good! I had to buy some for my dad to try and now that’s on his shopping list.
I was told by a doctor that 2 weeks of beef bone broth or I guess any natural bone broths particularly beef though helps clear up fatty liver disease. Of course you would have to cut off all sugar and things like that. You can Google this and look into it, but I didn't even know that fatty liver disease could be turned around, but with the bone broth for some reason, the vitamins and nutrients in it are a super fighter in the liver to turn this disease around. I'm not a doctor and I'm not saying this is a fact. I'm just saying this is what I heard from a doctor and I've looked it up in multiple places and it says that it does this. See for yourself I guess. 🤗

Literally drop in hot water and you have rehydrated broth. It’s versatile - take it camping or use it at home whenever you want hot wets. The broth is flavorful enough, fairly healthy and worth the cost. Use it to replace your ramen packet, or enhance your rice. Add instant protein and beef flavor to just about anything.Personally, I love sipping a good broth. This alone is decent, but a little toasted sesame oil, garlic and black pepper added to it adds the depth it’s missing. Highly recommended!
I mix 1 bone broth packet into unseasoned rice to give it delicious flavor without processed seasonings and preservatives. Added protein and collagen is a big plus too!
Know that each serving has 500 mg of sodium which is a bit more than I would like but the sodium is from sea salt so it could be worse. Anyway, I was surprised that it was more filling than I had anticipated. The flavor is naturally a little bland but I sprinkle in a bit of oregano and basil to it and that makes it just right for my liking.
Use this for a little treat around lunch everyday at work and shesssssss delish! Don’t mix w too much water or you’ll think I’m crazy. Literally like 5-8 oz and mix this in and you’re gucci. It doesn’t mix in well by stirring, but just let it sit in hot water for a bit while cooling and you won’t have to do much work. The collagen is an added bonus to keep the joints a hustlin’
