Love the tea. However, this last shipment came through with completely wimpy tea bags. They disintegrate in the pot and leave me with bits I have to strain out.This is a new problem. Let's hope the company figures out the quality control problem.

Quality is good for bagged tea. Good taste and aroma. The bags need to be stored in an airtight container to maintain freshness. They come in bulk and not in their own sealed envelope. Overall a good value for the money.

I had this at a Mediterranean restaurant the other night served with several fresh mint leaves in the hot tea. It was so delicious I came home and ordered some for both my daughter and myself

I was bought this tea by a family member in an Arabic food store years ago and was impressed by the quality of Ceylon tea. Now it is my everyday favorite I was so happy to find it on Amazon.

This tea has a great flavor! I steep the bag for about 3-5 minutes and the strength is perfect....not too strong, not too weak. I used to buy this at a local Asian food market, but couldn't find any when we moved to a small town in the Ozarks. Finally found some online/Amazon, and life is good once again.

I am a coffee drinker and not a tea drinker. But this tea just might change my mind. It has a good tea flavor but no bitterness. I have tried a number of other teas over the years and most were okay. But they were not great and did not draw me back. This tea is great and I find myself regularly drawn back to it.

First time trying this brand of tea. I was actually trying to replicate Hong Kong milk tea which required a ceylon tea. This brand stated it was 100% ceylon tea. I made several cups of tea to try out how the combinations would work. The teas were all really good better than the orange pekoe tea. The tea on its own is flavorful. Quite happy with the purchase. I will buy again.

Alwazah Tea is an excellent Ceylon tea at an unbeatable price!! (Even though the name sounds Middle Eastern, it is a pure Ceylon tea, which is actually the Sri Lankan black tea that's been huge in Britain since about the mid-1800s.) I think you get about 220 bags of it here for $12.00. Imo, that's about as good as it gets.... Incidentally, if you like British black teas but don't want to spend the max on every cup you drink, Alwazah is an excellent daily go-to tea. Honestly, there are times I prefer to drink Alwazah to instead of Taylor of Harrogate or Harney & Sons (my favorite English breakfast teas). It brews nearly as fast as P&G Tips, but is considerably less thick in consistency, while more subtle in taste--even if it's not quite as subtle as top drawer British teas.

5 stars for the tea - it’s my most favorite of all, and I was excited to get this two-pack to share with my mom. 3 stars for packaging and shipping though, because the cello wrap that bound the two boxes was filled with loose tea when I got it...things obviously got knocked around a bit. It’s not unsalvagable, but it was definitely a big mess to open. Maybe you guys could work out a cleaner/more secure way of shipping this stuff :)
