very good seasoning. I used the original and enjoyed it very much. I have been trying to find the original, but this is what I found, and I am pleasantly surprised of the flavor. It is expensive but worth it.
I gave a 4 star only because the shipping is way too long.
This is the best curry paste!!! HOWEVER, it takes about a month to be delivered. I just learned that my local Walmart sells this product in the same exact size for much cheaper at $3.96. Glad I decided to Google today.

Let me tell you, I have always loved curry chicken but I could never get it to taste as good as it smelled until I found this paste. My co-worker from the islands always told me the secret is in the paste and this paste is already made for you. This paste is awesome and delicious. I promise you will love it. I sent four jars to Florida for my son.Whatever you do be careful with curry paste because it will leave a stain on your countertop etc. Use plastic gloves and cook in an aluminum pan if possible.

Not as great as other Walkers Wood products but it is not bad. Rather do it form scratch. The container is too small for the amount of people I have to cook for
I use this on shrimp and other seafood before grilling it in a grill pan or outside on the grill. It is excellent.
