Dont get me wrong the taste is great with cream, but I gave it a three star because the price has gone up a couple times and it looks like the 4 pack went to a three pack with price increase. I dont buy as much anymore.

Ooo, my favorite Chai!! Easy to adjust to individual taste. This is my GO TO brand. Always consistent flavor.

The barista at a famous coffee shop told me this is what they use to make their chai latte drinks. Use equal parts tea and milk. Serve hot or cold on ice for that drive through taste at a savings!

This was a great find, saves me so much money on coffee shops now that I can make my own chai lattes at home.

I used it to drink hot Chai Latte! Its more expensive to order on line but my local grocery store sells out of it too fast.

This is one of my favorite at home drinks to make I love ice chai tea. However the price on Amazon is significantly more expensive than buying it at a place like target

I was in a rush to get these with limited ability to go to the store. I love this product and its amazing and tastes amazing but over priced. You can get them at the grocery store for much cheaper.

Only have it a 4 because they arrived beat up and one container had a hole. Besides that. Great product. I recommend mixing it with an alternative milk like almond or oat as it gives it a thicker consistency thank normal milk.

Making good flavorful iced chai tea latte. Its a great if you're like me & want at least 2 chai teas everyday & don't want to go broke from Starbucks. Not Starbucks but very close alternative and I'm going to be reordering again very soon

This stuff is great. I drink it over ice with soy milk and a splash of vanilla syrup and oh wow is it delish.

I love a good chai tea, and Tazo has a good one. My only complaint is the boxes came half frozen, but it didnt seem to have any impact on the flavor. Since its a three pack, I shared them with my sister-in-law

This version of Chi is a good to go version of it not very strong in flavor when mixed with any type of milk I tried it with 2% milk with some cinnamon and the Chi flavor is very faint when you follow the directions on the package now if you put more of the tea mix and less milk it can make it better, this Tazo mix is good when you don't have the time to brew the black tea and the Chi tea to mix from scratch

This is fantastic to have at home in the fridge for the days you dont want to go out. Stay in and make something with flavor and delicious taste. Iced or hot my daughters favorite with soy milk.

DELICIOUS! Saved so much money & TIME by not going to Starbucks. The flavor is awesome!! I like mine sweeter, so I barely put milk in it & it hits the spot every time. Im buying again & I just received it 3 days ago.

Delicious and good quality. I did have to return 1 due to broken during shipment. Customer service originally was not working with me but then I spoke to a higher up and my refund went through.

~I thought this was going to have a little more Chi or Pepper, type taste. This is a decent product for the price 2-32 oz for $14,xx. Althou, the Taste was very, very, very mild, than what I wanted it to be.~I bought another Product from Amazon, from The Chai Company, which had a much better Taste & Flavor.That was $10.xx per 32oz. I will buy this other Chai Tea Concentrate again, before I buy Tazo Chai Concentrate again.

I ordered several of these b/c the picture was that of the flavor I prefer. Something changed between the original boxes and the current boxes regarding the flavor and I was hoping to get all of them in the box pictured. Not the case. The flavor is ok but not as good as that of the flavor of the tea in the pictured boxes.

Almost as good as the stuff I used to get in NZ. It's a bit sweeter, but it's a mile ahead of powdered or tea bag versions. You can make this as strong or as weak as you like, and use hot milk or hot water with a dash of milk. I prefer the former. One thing to note is that it is not $0.47/oz...it's just over $0.23/oz.
