Love these noodles, very hearty, can be cooked & recooked without getting too soft/starchy. Excellent taste as well.
These cooking directions cannot be right because this lomein does not finish cooking following these instructions.Other chinese noodles that I have bought in the past, require you to boil for 3 minutes not simmer and then drain, rinse with water and then drain again.I will cook them this way next time.
