Love this gluten free pancake/waffle mix! Easy to mix and easy to adjust liquid amount for thick or thinner pancakes. Delicious results time after time!

This is the only Waffle pancake mix my celiac and peanut allergy granddaughter will eat. The whole family loves it!! Worth the money!!

I am gluten free and this is a great tasting mix for both pancakes and waffles. This only issue I had was with shipping. The first order was shipped in a box and arrived perfectly. My second order was put in plastic shipping bag and was smashed and all the boxes has popped open.

I love the taste and reorder every time I run out. I substituted a plant based egg mixture for the egg and it still tastes great. The only thing I do not like is the price. I think it is really high for the amount that comes in the box.

These are some of the best pancakes I have ever eaten. They are light and have a hint of sweetness. I ate mine without syrup and they were delicious. They are gluten free but if you had any notion that the taste would be "off" you can rest easy. The cost is higher than non-gluten free mixes but the flavor makes up for it.

Favorite GF mix we have found so far. Honestly like them better than traditional flour based pancakes. These get fluffy like regular pancakes do and are not dry or funny textured. People I have made them for do not even know they are GF!

I have been gluten free for 25 years, not by choice. This is the very best pancake mix. It makes light fluffy pancakes, which if you are gluten free you know is a miracle. I try every gluten free pancake mix that I can find and I always go back to this one. I serve it to guests and they don't know it is gluten free. They are a bit more fragile than traditional pancakes.

We've tried a dozen or more pancake/waffle mixes and most were awful; one brand even tasted like a tire. Usually gluten-free products which consist of a lot of flour are horrific; and even if they're good they're never better than the original.This mix is amazing though; they come out better than regular waffles! They remind me of sugar cookies from the local mall. They taste sweet, though they don't' really contain more sugar than other brands so no need to feel bad about eating a few. Even my nephew (who would literally spit out regular waffles) loves these.

I like the way the pancakes turned out, but there is a slightly sweet taste to the pancakes...so if you like that these would be perfect. I prefer without the sweetness, but would still buy again because the consistency was good.

I have to stay gluten free. I was craving sausage balls, and I used this mix to make them. This mix will give you a sausage ball that will be a bit dryer, and it won't taste QUITE the same as the regular Bisquick sausage balls, but this mix is the best and nearest thing to Bisquick that I've found!Here's the best method: first crumble the raw sausage into a big bowl. Then mix in approximately 2 or 3 tablespoons water into the raw sausage. This will make a slightly moist sticky sausage. Then mix in the finely shredded cheddar cheese. Then, mix in the Maple Grove Farms pancake mix by folding the sausage over and over with the dry mix. You will only be able to incorporate approximately 3/4 of what you would regularly use of Bisquick. (For instance, if before you would use 1 cup of Bisquick, then only use 3/4 cup of the Maple Groves Farms mix.) You will get to a point where you recognize that the sausage will not 'accept' any more pancake mix, and then you are ready to form it into a ball.Form the sausage mix into approximately 1 inch balls and bake in the oven as usual. These sausage will be almost the same as "real" sausage balls, and they are wonderful on holiday mornings! I guess the mix would make good pancakes too, but I've never tried it for that....

Our whole house is gluten free due to 3 kids with Celiac & gluten allergies. This is a great pancake mix. We took several boxes with us on vacation and the cooked pancakes held up well for on-the-go snacks. I also hosted Christmas brunch for my husband's family and served these pancakes as part of the spread. Everyone loved them and came back for seconds - they did not even mind that they were gluten free. They kind of taste like Jiffy blueberry muffins without the blueberries. I make the entire box at one time and save any leftovers in the fridge or freezer. These pancakes are fluffy - Pamela's mix pancakes are very thin. My kids like them both, but these have the consistancy and look of traditional gluten pancakes. They also smell sweet - like vanilla when cooking.

Texture keeps this product from being excellent; just OK but still as good as any gluten free waffle we've found.

for gluten free pancakes and waffles, you can't beat this. Fabulous in taste, texture, time and ease in making. We use them on our waffle griddle a few times per week. Love that we add our own fresh egg(s) and milk (vs. plain water) to get nutrient rich breakfast for my kids. Instead of syrup, we sprinkle powdered sugar and sliced strawberries. You can even make larger amounts and store in container for next morning. Just add a little more milk to reduce its thickness the next day. Perfect!

Here's a wheat free gluten free pancake mix that makes light, fluffy pancakes, even after you use the leftover batter from the fridge the next morning. (No flat, rubbery pancakes.)This has a sweet smell and taste, perhaps owing to the unnamed "natural flavoring" from the ingredients list. (To me it tastes like blueberries.) It's pleasing but I didn't find it overbearing, which increases the versatility of the mix. And by the way, I really enjoyed the flavor.I also experimented by putting in a small amount of unsweetened cocoa powder with positive results.I fed this to my family, and my choosy husband who will eat nothing but Jemima's really enjoyed these pancakes and even asked for more. Saves me from having to cook up separate batches for each of us, although this option is a bit pricier.It's nice to eat pancakes again.If you're allergic to rice, this will not work for you. It contains rice flour.

This is my FAVORITE pancake mix. I have tried several and none of them tasted "right". I even tried making some from scratch, and they came out way too thin and runny, even following the recipe exactly. Some gluten free things have a funny taste, but NOT these. My entire family of 5 LOVES these and thinks they taste just like regular pancakes. I make the recipe using WATER, which is the recipe for waffles, not pancakes, but I make pancakes and they turn out perfect. The pancake recipe calls for MILK. I'm sure they would be good that way too but I haven't tried it. The box is not very large and I usually use at least 1/2 the box for a batch to feed my family. But I think the price is okay since they are really yummy. They puff up just like a regular pancake, they brown just like a regular pancake, and there is NO odd taste. I am already on my 3rd order of these from Amazon! Thank you Amazon!!!

I bought one box of this pancake and waffle mix and couldn't remember where I had gotten it! I really liked it...better than some other GF mixes I'd tried. I was pleased to find it available on Amazon! I have just ordered a case (four boxes) and signed up for the subscribe and save program which makes the price of this item better than I've seen anywhere! I usually bake from scratch, and, as you might see in other reviews I've written, I've been disappointed in gluten free mixes. However, this mix makes pancakes and waffles a snap...and it really tastes good! I also made the pineapple cake recipe on the back of the box and got rave reviews! It was really delicious and really easy. I make a lot of pancakes because my hubby loves to take PBJ's in his lunch and I don't always have the time to bake bread for his sandwiches. One time, when I had some pancakes left over from our breakfast, I made PBJ's using the pancakes instead of bread. He dubbed them "panwiches" and loves them. I cook up a bunch of pancakes, let them cool, make the sandwiches, and then freeze them in baggies for an easy grab and go lunch box item! Unlike breads, cooking them up takes little time, so, whenever I run out I know I can fix up some "panwiches" quickly! Oh, and I often put a glob of peanut butter in the batter (beat till smooth) to add even more to the flavor! I've been gluten free for nearly 6 years now. The quality of the products on the market today are FAR superior to those of just a few years ago. I can easily say this is the best pancake mix I've ever had since going GF.I found this on amazon and couldn't be happier! It's a great product, and now I can have it delivered right to my door without having to go all over town to find my favorites!

This makes really delicious pancakes! There is no grittiness like some mixes we've tried. The pancakes are light and tasty. I will mix up a box at a time and make waffles in my no stick waffle maker and freeze them. Pop them in the toaster on school mornings and they are just as good as fresh.I found this with the regular pancake mix at Wegman's which equals great pricing because it was not over in the `Gluten Free' isle. Try slicing bananas into the batter or adding a little cinnamon or nutmeg to give it a twist! Yummy!!!
