this is indeed Jamison's Chicken flavored soup base, but it has been sold & reformulated. The product photos and ingredient list are from the old formula/manufacturer. My purchase arrived as the new formula, where sugar is the 2nd ingredient. (new manf. is Vanee foods; old is Ventura foods). I requested a refund since i purchased hoping to get old formula as shown.

Once you use L.B. Jamison's Chicken base YOU WILL NEVER use another again!I have been in the restaurant business for 40+ years & have used plenty of bases. I sprinkle this base on my Baked Chicken with butter, fresh herbs & seasoning & my clients go crazy, I sell a lot of Baked Chicken. I season my Soups, & use it in some Sauces. Try it it's AMAZING!!!!
