although this is expensive, it does not have harmful chemicals. Used it for baking and airfryer and totally satisfied

So easy to use.
Parchment paper is good under items you're baking or heating up in the over. We like and use this particular one because you're not having a problem tearing out the sheets as they are pre-cut and infinitely easier to use.Better than foil in some cases and the food doesn't get steams and it can 'breathe' through the paper instead of foil.

I dont cook food on aluminum instead use parchment paper on top! I use it making packets to bake my fish. I learned you can crumble it up like crushing a piece of paper and it unfolds easily preventing it fromSliding around!! They offer it in a roll or precut sheets. Both are great products!

Love that these are chlorine-free and use silicone (not PFAS) for the non-stick quality, but it's frustrating that the pre-cut sheets are only 16" long when most standard baking pans are closer to 17" inside. If You Care ... Please consider making these a more standard size.
These sheets are made from recycled paper which is why I buy them. I have been using this brand for many years and never had a problem.

I've used many different brands of parchment paper. I love this brand. It is, in my opinion, the best quality and having sheets that are easily dispensed is so convenient. We use the sheets to line the racks in our dehydrators, to keep things like small grains, herbs, and shredded vegetables from falling through the mesh. It works great and I love that their products are fully compostable, unbleached, and ethically sourced to reduce waste and harvest trees sustainably. I like having a precut sheet for my bread pans. Crumple it up, sprinkle a bit of flour on it, shape the loaf, and put all in the pan. No more stuck dough. Bread had suddenly started sticking, no matter the prep. Old pans. I had to use a knife to depan. NOT happy. Problem solved. I use their parchment rolls as well. Good company and good products.
So convenient to use. Sometimes theyre too big for what I need but they can be folded or cut. I use them when I bake bread, sometimes thats when I wish they were bigger. But I can always use 2 of them.
These are very dual purpose in your household, especially if you are into HTV & Sublimation Application and Baking. These work really well for any application where you want to save your fingers from heat like in applying hot glue, while wearing heat protection gloves, you can squirt some hot glue onto this parchment paper, then apply it to wherever you need it to be. Its great for lining your work space for easy cleanup in the oven, you can final wrap Tumblers for a SUBLIMATION cook. They are also great to prevent baked goods from sticking to pans.
