Great product, speedy delivery
Best Ive used—for 3 years or so. Highly recommend. Use it for all my baking including simple pizza on a cookie sheet. I now cover all aluminum cookware.

This parchment paper works well. I like that its not bleached.
If you bake, you use parchment paper. I also always use parchment paper as a cover before I put aluminum foil on any food. I remember I once bought parchment paper at the store and it was more like wax paper and at a higher price. Never again. This is good quality and the cutter has improved and is tearing off evenly.

I love this stuff for all of the reasons most other people do. It's not laden with chemicals that will leach into your food. The paper is unbleached, biodegradable, and compostable.There's not much I don't like about this brand, except for the packaging. The "cutting" edge is made of material that is SO flimsy, it's useless. Literally, useless.Whenever I use this product (which is every time I need parchment for something) 100% of the time the "cutting" edge DOES. NOT. WORK. In fact, any attempt to utilize it only results in the teeth of the "cutting" edge breaking off completely, the package getting dented and crumpled, and the paper getting torn in ways you don't want it to tear.Save yourself the trouble and just use scissors. NOPE! Don't even TRY to use the "cutting" edge. Yes, it's that bad.Also, as an aside to this company, "If You Care" has got to be, hands down, THE most passive aggressive company name in the history of company names. Really bad. REALLY bad. Thank God the department in charge of creating the product is light years ahead of the department in charge of naming things.
If you care about the customer, you will make a better dispenser, so that we could actually cut a piece of the parchment off of the dispenser without using a scissor.
There really isn't much to be said about parchment paper. I have used about half of the roll so far. It is a little thinner than I would like, as the Reynolds paper I've used sits nicer on the baking sheets or pizza stones.Where I really have an issue is with the serrated edge to tear the paper. It is terrible! After nearly ruining a couple of sheets early on, and nearly ruining the box along with it, I've had to use scissors to cut it. Please, put a proper metal serrated strip in these boxes to cut the paper, not the awful plastic substitute.I will not be ordering this again.
It is not for all baking needs, but I still like it.
I like the product for baking bacon 🥓 on it.I didn't like that the box fell apart and the cutting edge didn't cut like aluminum foil boxes. But the paper itself was perfect. It made my bacon more crispy.
This is wat I always use in th kitchen for food..works great & peace of mind knowing its as safe as safe can be..This I bought for a project where boards are glued tgether & need to come back apart!LolWorks great but I didnt order enough so Ill need to do that..I hav found that th pieces Im using for this project are actually reusable so that helps..who knew? Be careful wat u use in th yard, “bad stuff” can & will leech into th soil & be there for many, many yrs..I try to find products that are my go-to for all safety purposes & make it a habit to use these ONLY..🤗
I love the product and use it at least once a week when baking bread. I also use it in a pinch when I pre-make hamburger patties as the paper doesn't stick to the burgers even after it's been in the freezer. The ONLY DRAWBACK is the cutting edge. It doesn't last long and is poorly made. It can be frustrating when trying to just grab and cut off a quick sheet. Scissors are a must. Please design a new CUTTING EDGE.
I had no idea that my regular go to parchment paper was bleached until I was reading a sourdough recipe and it suggested this kind of parchment paper. Since receiving it, I like the fact that it is organic and it is not as stiff as the regular parchment at the big box stores. Plus, it is easy to use and there is no clean up plus it fits a regular size baking sheet. Glad I found this product on Amazon and had it delivered to my home.
