I love this tea, you can tell as soon as you smell it that it is high quality! It is a tad expensive when it's not loose tea. You cannot get as many steeps with it.

As many others reported, I only received one box of tea in the mail. I have previously ordered this item and received all three boxes so may be a more recent issue.
I discovered this tea during the pandemic when I couldn't make it to Whole Foods Market and they weren't delivering. This tea has excellent flavor and is great with or without milk. It's smooth and not too acidic or tannic. I also appreciate that it's organic and fair trade but still a good price. I've ordered two three-packs and will order more.
I have been on a tea kick lately and been trying many different kinds but, I am not an expert. I do know I personally can't have citrus or extras in my black tea and this does not have those. I like bolder tea and coffee typically, so when I want that I will drink a Scottish Breakfast. Alternatively, this tea is a step milder and can be had any time. All around wonderful flavor, aroma. I bought 3 packs at once. My absolute favorite! I have nothing negative to say about it!

I love this tea, I just wish on Amazon it wasn't more than what I get at the co-op I go to every couple weeks.
I had bought this tea at Whole Foods and fell in love with it's flavor. I'm a very picky English Tea drinker, and this is one of my all time favorites. I saw Amazon and saw this three pack. It's the same price per box as Whole Foods, but it's more convenient.
Tea was OK for US produced, but pretty weak compare to what it should be. Obviously ethical stuff is a plus.

Equal Exchange brand is far better than the big brands. It is mellow but not weak and doesn't knock me out with the caffiene.
