I've been using this product for a number of years. However, it had gotten hard to find in the grocery so, I decided to order it from Amazon.If you are a garlic lover I recommend it. It's so easy to quickly make garlic bread with it.

I began working with a meal plan company, and this was listed as an ingredient to a recipe. My trainer said I *could* use regular minced garlic but assured me after I tasted this, I would keep it in stock at my home. She was NOT joking. This is absolutely delicious alone on crackers and a fantastic addition to recipes! I love it!

I buy the stuff by the case! Sometimes I want garlic bread or extra garlic flavor in a soup or in a sauce and I don't feel like doing the chopping. This is the best prepared garlic product you can buy! So many times the minced garlic or peeled garlic has a funny metal taste because of the preservatives they use, but this doesn't have any of that. I love this stuff!

Taste is great and this is our favorite brand, but Amazon packs them in an envelope which results in the boxes being crushed during shipping.

I give this product 3 stars on the off-chance I don’t understand its intended usage. As a stand-alone spread on crackers, it’s tasty. Not very garlicky, but tasty. As a replacement or shortcut for minced garlic, it is a failure. It is very light on the garlic aroma or taste and thus, adds nothing to sauces. I was expecting the latter usage, so I am very disappointed.

This tube garlic is great for me because I do not drive and don't like running out of a product I use often when cooking. Been using this product for years. It's long lasting because the garlic is packed under pressure in the tube, and, what you do not use doesn't spoil. Just refridgerate after opening. Use for most recipes that require minced garlic.

I love this garlic paste! I make fresh pesto all summer using Amore Garlic Paste and then freeze the pesto for year around use. I use this in all my cooking where garlic is called for. It is a staple in my kitchen.

I was somewhat disappointed with the taste of this product. It had a weak garlic taste and very salty. I would not buy this again.

Super convenient and fresh taste. I recommend it the most for adding to salad dressings, where regular garlic chunks overwhelm, or add too much of a bite, or uneven taste. It is less strong than chopped/minced garlic, so don't be afraid to use a good dollop. I've tried other garlic pastes and they taste sort of sour and stale. This is great! In my opinion, this product will not replace a chopped garlic clove where the flavor comes from sizzling garlic chunks in butter or olive oil, and then serving as is with bread or pasta. What it's perfect for is adding to soup you're making, or a sauce, or dressing-- anything smooth blends beautifully.

Not very strong with garlic. Need to use more than I thought for a concentrate

The practical cook who has to prepare different meals daily can't afford the luxury of peeling a garlic clove and mincing it, just to add the small touch that makes it perfect. This is the perfect solution.

I agree that this paste has a mild garlic flavor, however, I have spread it directly onto fish, meat and poultry before cooking with delicious results. I would recommend that you test varying amounts of garlic to use even though the flavor is mild. I love the taste of garlic and undoubtedly use more than most. I have given a few tubes to friends and am already planning to purchase my second order.
